NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-02241 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and
Barbara Baier, Rodney Baier, Wilshire Lakes Master Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, BLOCK 3, WILSHIRE LAKES PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, AT PAGES 1 THROUGH 3 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
