NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 005119 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and ANASTASIO CABRERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 34, PLEASANT OAKS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 55 through 58, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
