NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-004187 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Cynthia M. Kuper a/k/a Cindy Kuper, CACV of Colorado, LLC, Gary Kuper, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 23, BLOCK H, HENDERSON CREEK PARK, 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A PERMANENT FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO.
