NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-01764 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Edgar Perez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB, Mayte Pazos, Danny Perez, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 165 FEET OF TRACT NO. 49 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
