NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-02735 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Vann Luangamath, Phetphouva Komphonpkardy a/k/a Phetphouva Luangamath, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 99 AND 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
