NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-008872 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Leslie A. Crittendon a/k/a Leslie A. Post a/k/a Leslie Ann Brooks are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, LINDO VISTA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
