NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010090 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-NC5 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Omayra Yepes a/k/a Omayra Correa; William Yepes; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as nominee for The Cit Group/Consumer Finance, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on June 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK B, BAYSHORE GARDENS SECTION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
