SWOITZ A/K/A ELEANOR SWOITZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELEANOR C. SWOITZ A/K/A ELEANOR SWOITZ; REGENCY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JULY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1906, REGENCY PARK, UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 7 THROUGH 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
