NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003099 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-4, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and CHAD VASSALLO; JENNIFER VASSALLO; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A COSETTE LEPOVICH are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BOCK 1801, 37TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
