NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002654 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and THOMAS D HUGHES A/K/A THOMAS DEAN HUGHES; SHARON L HUGHES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE ; SARASOTA COUNTY, FL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, USHER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
