NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 011192 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTFICIATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and AMIE E. HITCHINGHAM A/K/A AMIE ELIZABETH HITCHINGHAM; THOMAS W. HITCHINGHAM A/K/A THOMAS WILLIAM HITCHINGHAM; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12952 AND 12953, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 50, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
