LIPPERT A/K/A LINDA LIPPERT; JASON S. BOULDIN A/K/A JASON BOULDIN; STACEY A. BOULDIN A/K/A STACEY BOULDIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA M. LIPPERT A/K/A LINDA LIPPERT; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2613, 52ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 13 THROUGH 13NN, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
