SEPER; STEVEN S. SEPER; SEA CREST APARTMENTS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7, SEA CREST APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1182, PAGE 499, AND AMENDMENTS THERTO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINUM BOOK 10, PAGE 4, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
