GONZALEZ A/K/A VICTOR GONZALEZ; ADMIRALS WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 202, BUILDING 19, ADMIRALS WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORIDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM THEREOF RECORDED IN THE INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005102528, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
