NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003753 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TINA BARNES; MARK S. MORILLA, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE KIM IVAN MORILLA TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 27,2006; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE KIM IVAN MORILLA TRUST DATESD FEBRUARY 27,2006 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 91, SOUTH GATE, UNIT 23, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
