NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009451 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC, ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2, is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH L. WISHNER A/K/A DEBORAH LEE GUFFEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION DBA DITECH.COM; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 293, FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 29, 29A THROUGH 29J, OF THE PIBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
