AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT3 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM R. SCHRADER; ELISA F. SCHRADER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JULY 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 419, OF THE 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 21, 21A THROUGH 21S, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
