Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 007115 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R7, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2004 is the Plaintiff, and EDGAR E. BERUBE, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 404 of HARBOR ISLES CONDOMINIUM, Section IV, a Condominium together with appurtenant undivided share in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1363, at Pages 1210 through 1250; as amended in Official Records Book 1414 at Pages 154 through 157; as amended in Official Records Book 1570 at Pages 1245 through 1248; as amended in Official Records Book 1626 at Pages 1508 through 1510; as amended in Official Records Book 1782 at Pages 715 through 716; as amended in Official Records Book 1786 at Pages 1857 through 1858; as amended in Official Records Book1850 at Pages 1082 through 1083, and as amended in Official Records Book 2011 at Page 61; and according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Book 14 at Pages 2 through 2D; as amended in Condominium Book 15 at Pages 42 through 42C; as amended in Condominium Book 20 at Pages 16 through 16B; and as amended in Condominium Book 21 at Pages 19 through 19B; and Surveyor`s affidavit recorded April 13, 1984, in Official Records Book 1671, at Page 1604; all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
