NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 3106 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and RAY W. SIMMERS a married man, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against RAY W. SIMMERS; NANCY ELIZABETH SIMMERS, his wife; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; LAS PALMS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 1st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 20-104, LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004247846, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004247847, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
