WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE NOT INITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF VNT TRUST SERIES 2010-2 is Plaintiff and CAROL SUE DELOACH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL SUE DELOACH; MARTIN K. RAGUTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTIN K. RAGUTH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO HOME SAVINGS OF AMERICA, FSB; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 8th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 466, SARASOTA SPRINGS UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
