LAPP; JASON LAPP ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED; INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMAINTS; STATE OF FLORIDA; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; CITY OF SARASOTA; EAST GATE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND TENANT #1 AND TENANT #2., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 8, 2013, at the Sarasota County Real Foreclosure website at: www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com at 9:00am, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
