EARL AS TRUSTEE OF THE THAD J. EARL, M.D., P.C. & MELTEX, INC. DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION PLAN are the Defendant(s). A PART OF BLOCK 3, AMENDED PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, NOW RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 15, BLOCK 2; THENCE SOUTH, 40 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID BLOCK 3; THENCE SOUTH, ALONG THE EXTENSION OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WINSON AVENUE, 140.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST, PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID BLOCK 3, 132.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL WITH THE EXTENSION OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WINSON AVENUE, 70.00 FEET; THENCE WEST, PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID BLOCK 3, 132.5 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE EXTENSION OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WINSON AVENUE; THENCE NORTH, ALONG SAID EXTENSION OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WINSON AVENUE, 70.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
