NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2013, and entered in 2012 CA 004527 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and PETER SOLIMENE; CHRISTINE SOLIMENE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S). are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 77 1/2 FEET OF LOT 8 OF THE UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION OF GROVE LOT 73 OF THE PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGES 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LOT 8, BEING THE S 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SAID GROVE LOT 73.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
