NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-069123 DI, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2005-AC3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC3 is the Plaintiff, and MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT, LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 225 SW 17TH STREET LAND TRUST; ERIC T. NEUVERT; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 225 SW 17TH STREET LAND TRUST are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 5 day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 71 AND 72, BLOCK 3093, UNIT 62 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 21 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
