Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 4 day of June, 2013, and entered in case No. 13-CC-000908 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE CAPE PARKWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and JASON L. FARLEY is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5 day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 9, THE CAPE PARKWAY CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 1731, Page 4056 through 4096, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
