Notice is given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 13th day of May, 2013, in Civil Action No. 12-CA-056426, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which BURNT STORE CENTRE, INC., et al., are the Defendants, and IBERIABANK is the Plaintiff, the clerk of said court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 3, 2013, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real and personal property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
All of Block 4192A, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 59, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 140, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
AND THE PERSONAL PROPERTY THEREON DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Any and all personal property, tangible and intangible, including goods, equipment, furniture and inventory now oned or hereafter acquired, wherever located, together with any and all accessories, parts, implements and accessions now attached to or used in connection with, or which may hereafter at any time be placed in or added to the personal property, and the fixtures located in or upon the Burnt Store Property and any and all proceeds of Burnt Store's collateral, including proceeds from insurance payable by reason of loss or damage to the collateral.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
