NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 36-2006-CA-004608 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein US BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and ARMANDO LEON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARMANDO LEON IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UM CAPITAL, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
