TEWS A/K/A GARY TEWS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY L. TEWS A/K/A GARY TEWS; JONI KAYE TEWS A/K/A JONI KAYE HOUK and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants.
