NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 4 day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-056123, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FKA WELLS FARGO BANK MINNE- SOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-10 is the Plaintiff and GERHARD MESTERHEIDE, BANK OF AMERICA, NA C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM, R.A., SIEGLINDE MESTERHEIDE, HEIKE MESTERHEIDE, IRIS SCHEOBEL, JOHN F. STEWART, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GEHARD MESTERHEIDE, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) # 1 N/K/A THOMAS M. SKAFF, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) TENANT (S) # 2 N/K/A WENDY A. SKAFF and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GERHARD MESTERHEIDE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 27 & 28, BLOCK 1068,UNIT 24, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE (S) 64 TO 77, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
