Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-070436 DI, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-2, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and JON MATTHEW ALSPAUGH; ANDREW G. SARES N/K/A LOUANNA SARES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LENDERS DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are Defendants.
