NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-058008, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and SCOTT KELLY, CANDACE KELLY, TROPICAL COVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 2 day of October, 2013, by electronic sale on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, TROPICAL COVE SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 55 AND 56, BEING A REPLAT OF LOT 62 AND HE NORTH HALF OF 61 OF SEMINOLE GARDENS, AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT ROAD RIGHT OF WAY HERETOFORE CONVEYED TO THE COUNTY OF LEE, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 260, PAGE 438 OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
