NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-054368, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and SAM A. SCALISE; CONNIE SCALISE; CONNIE SCALISE; MODESTA SCALISE; SAM SCALISE, III; ROSE SCALISE; MICHELLE TAYLOR; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN TENANT and JANE TENANT whose name are fictitious to account for parties in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 2 day of October, 2013, by electronic sale on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, BLOCK 1102, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 39 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
