DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR18, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR18 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and CURTIS J. SANDERS; KELLY SANDERS; ONEWEST BANK FSB SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK FSB SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK F.S.B.; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; are defendants.
