Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 6th day of November, 2009, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-010176 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL INC., TRUST 2006 WMC2 is the Plaintiff, and LAURETTA ALANA GALINDO A/K/A LAURETTA A. GALINDO; JOSE GALINDO A/K/A JOSE ORLANDO GALINDO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR LAIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MOODY RIVER ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MOODY RIVER ESTATES SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS unknown tenants in possession are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 12, OF MOODY RIVER ESTATES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 92 AND 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
