NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053585 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPOARTION, AS RECEIVER FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is Plaintiff, and MARCOLFIA GAVIRIA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 37 & 38 BLOCK 1131, CAPE CORAL UNIT 23, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 39 THROUGH 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
