NOTICE is given that, in accordance with the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 10, 2013, in the above-styled cause, in which LEONARD D. COTTON is the Plaintiff, and GREGORY W. EAGLE, Trustee, RICHARD E. MCCANNA, AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK FSB, PAUL PAULSEN, J. MICHAEL CASSILLY, Trustee, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk's website for online auctions, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st day of July, 2013, the following described property:
The West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 44 South, Range 23 East, less Right-of-Way of Pine Island Road, and less beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 44 South, Range 23 East, thence 140 feet in an Easterly direction parallel with the Right-of-Way of Pine Island Road, thence 300 feet in a Southerly direction perpendicular to the last named course, thence 140 feet in a Westerly direction parallel with Pine Island Road; thence North to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
