NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-020691 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Sharon D. Anderson; Bellasol Community Association, Inc.; Bellasol Condominium 2 Association, Inc.; Current Tenant(s); and Jane Doe N/K/A Sara McNeal, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 5, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 1512, Building 15, Bellasol Condominium 2, Phase IV, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4619, Page 1912, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
