NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-015403 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase is the Plaintiff and Francisco Pena, Belkis Pena also known as Belkis Vasquez and Tenant # 1 also known as Agustina Angela are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on July 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
