NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016382 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase is the Plaintiff and Joseph Arnold Miragliotta and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Lucy Miragliotta, deceased are defendants, the Office of Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://hillsclerk.com/publicweb/home.aspx, Hillsborough County, Florida at 11:00 AM on August 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
