NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Judicial Sale entered in this cause on May 20, 2013 by the CIRCUIT COURT of Hillsborough County, Florida, the property described as:
Unit No. 1915, of Skypoint, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, dated June 1, 2007, as recorded June 4, 2007, in Official Records Book 17814, Page 346, and all exhibits attached thereto, and all amendments thereof, and according to the plat or map thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 188, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

shall be sold via the Internet at WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM , in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 10:00 AM, on September 9, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PROVIDED pursuant to section 45.031, Florida Statutes:
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
