Diaz, Raintree Village Condominium No. 9 Association, Inc. and Raintree Village Property Owners Association, Inc. are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on July 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. H, BUILDING NO. 13, RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 9, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED AUGUST 20, 1986 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4891, PAGE 1030, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
