NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-055688, DIVISION: J, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1, is Plaintiff and ABDELMOUGHITE MOUTTAKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ABDELMOUGHITE MOUTTAKI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; WHISPERING OAKS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHERCLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
