and commonly known as: 8013 Hibiscus Drive, Temple Terrace, FL 33637, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on SEPTEMBER 10, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
