The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 18th day of July, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, WEST MEADOWS PARCEL 20A, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84 AT PAGE 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
