NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-011702 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2005-A15, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-O under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated December 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Lisa Haskett a/k/a Lisa Chiles Haskett, Michael Haskett a/k/a Michael J. Haskett, Bellamy Road HOA, Inc., Regions Bank, as successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
