NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-016813 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-16AX, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-16AX, is the Plaintiff and Amber E. Cornell, Sarah E. Cornell, State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Clerk of the Court for Hillsborough County, Hillsborough County, PNC Bank, National Association successor by interest to National City Bank, Rivercrest Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 10th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
