NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-010629 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2006KS9, is the Plaintiff and Shanda L. Vaz a/k/a Shanda Larice McCain, Ronald N. Vaz, Ashburn Square Homeowners Association, Inc., Capital One, National Association, as successor in interest to North Fork Bank, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., United States of America, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
