THALJI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IBRAHIM S. THALJI N/K/A AMIRA THALJI; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/23/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 168 OF COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15019, PAGE 0589, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
