Final Judgment was awarded on May 16, 2013 in Civil Case No: 29-2012-CA-008763, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and, CSABA LAURENCE DETARI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CSABA LAURENCE DETARI N/K/A REFUSED NAME; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHASE DETARI; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
