NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-003108 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Raymond Saunders, Ruth Magdalene Saunders, Tenant #1 N/K/A Mike Saunders , United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service, West Meadows Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 6, WEST MEADOWS PARCEL “5” PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 32-1 THROUGH 32-13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD, OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
